I don't find it very easy to make webpages that look good in all browsers. In fact, it might actually be impossible. But I always view pages as I develop them in the newest generations of IE, Firefox, and Opera. I also try to consider some older browsers.

There is a browser archive at evolt.org where you can download an incredible number of browsers old and new.

But Internet Explorer will not allow you to install more than one IE version on the same OS. Fortunately Ryan Parman has made "standalone" versions of IE available for web developers. You wouldn't want to use these for browsing the web (security holes) but they are nice to have when you want to make your site look good for the technologically challenged among us. :(
