Welcome to the New Forum
Hello all. Welcome to the new Visible Soul Web Design and Development forum. I have moved all of the relevant posts and memberlist from the community.visiblesoul.com forum over to visiblesoul.net.
This forum is intended to be a place to offer support for my various coding and skinning projects as well as any other computer related things I can help with. Of course users are welcomed and encouraged to help people here also.
If you were registered on the community.visiblesoul.com forum before January 30, 2006 then you are already registered on this site.
If you do not want to be registered on this site please let me know and I will delete your account promptly.

Please note that I offer free support on this forum in my free time. Depending on how much work I have backlogged it may take me a week or more to answer questions. I am not ignoring you. I answer everyone but please be patient. Thanks.

BTW, why do our flags have holes in them?

When I post a reply and then submit it, the flag icon initially appears a certain size and whole but within a second or two it reduces slightly in size and a white rectangle (that I am calling a hole) appears in the centre of it. Your Lone Star flag has a white rectangle starting at the star and extending towards the centre of the flag. My flag icon has a white rectangle in the centre underneath half the Union Jack and taking in 2 stars of the Southern Cross.

That's weird. I can't reproduce that issue with MSIE or Firefox. Once again I am betting it is firewall related.

It is like there were too many pixels so they are being crushed into less space than they all require and some have to "give". My ZA firewall hasn't affected anything else so I don't want to try tweaking it as, knowing me, I am bound to mess things up if I try. I'll just have to have holey (holy?) flags on my monitor.
