in advance i would like to say sorry for my bad english because i am from amsterdam

but i got a question i already asked it on mkportal.it but there was no one who could help me with this

i wanted guest of my site to choose a nickname for the chatapplet on my mkportal because it directly goes to the applet without choosin a name.

now i downloaded afrobs loginpage for pjirc only i have no idea how i can install it so it wil work with mkportal

could someone help me with that or at least give me some advise where i could find the info about it

Welcome neoxrg.

The MKPortal chat uses the forum username for the IRC nickname.

If you want the user to be able to choose a different nickname I think the easiest way would be to create a little hack for the mkportal chat module. I do not think it should be too difficult. I will try to work on this soon but I am very busy this week so I am not sure how quickly I can do it.

I am very sorry neoxrg. I am truly not ignoring you. I have been working on a large website project for the last 2 weeks and I have not had time to do anything else. If you notice I have not been active on the mkportal.it forums either. I am interested in trying to make this hack. I hope to finish my current project tomorrow and maybe I can look at this hack Sunday or Monday. I will do my best.
